Originally linked to Salesforce for contact tracking, the website later transitioned to ActiveCampaign, offering a more intuitive platform for tracking engagement and automating workflows.
Following the website launch, a series of targeted marketing campaigns were also launched to engage each audience segment, tailored to Audere's specific industries and capabilities.
The strategy served as the foundation for all efforts, linking every channel back to the website to build brand awareness and drive lead generation. The result was AudereWay, a knowledge repository reflecting their standard practices, processes, systems, tools, and capabilities. This system was set up in two areas: "People," designed for the entire Audere Team, and "Audere Way Manual," tailored for their Consultants.
People: A dashboard for company-wide information, including onboarding, policies, announcements, human resources, and brand resources.
Audere Way Manual: A comprehensive guide for the consulting service value chain process, covering opportunity identification, scoping, analysis, and implementation phases.
